1113 runs into Tilburg with a Roosendal to Zwolle “S” Trein or Snelltrein. This designation is for trains that run semi fast. Such is the popularity of train travel within Holland that on just about every visit I have ever made to the country, there has been some form of temporary working in place to ease the problem. On this visit the Plan “W” stock had been reintroduced to relieve overcrowding on the main Maastricht / Amsterdam axis and the Roosendaal - Zwolle service was a mix of units and rakes of Belgian (SNCB) M1 coaches. These coaches are extremely basic with very high backed leatherette seating in 3 + 2 configuration. Whilst on this trip I noted classes 1100, 1200, 1300 & 1600 working the route.
