Belgian Cart over the border to Liege
Part of my plans for this trip included a “taster” of Belgium
and Germany. On Sunday 15th November I planned a circular trip around Belgium starting at Maastricht. This is Belgian (“B” or SNCB/NMBS) unit 401 a 2 car “Brake” unit in the older livery on a stopping service over the border to Liege. These units were just starting to be strengthened to 3 cars and repainted in 1992.
